Member information collected by Sparks Street BIA & Mall Authority is kept private and confidential. The Sparks Street BIA & Mall Authority does not release personal membership information to any outside company or organization. Only membership information that is commonly found in public lists such as the telephone book is used in the Sparks Street member directory for public access.

Personal information such as member employee names and email addresses is collected by the Sparks Street BIA & Mall Authority is for internal use only. Promotional materials such as member business logos, posters, flyers, postcards, photographs and videos are used by the Sparks Street BIA & Mall Authority to promote member activity in a variety of traditional advertising and promotional mediums including social media. Members submit materials through the Spark Street BIA & Mall Authority's  website calendar, for retrieval from members’ promotional public Internet sites, or individual sponsorship and partnership agreements between the member and Sparks Street BIA & Mall Authority
